CALENDAR FOR THE SUBMISSION OF GRADES

1.	All final grades for the 1^st 4-Week Session are due to be entered by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
2.	Midterm grades are due to be entered by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2009. Note: Please do not enter midterm grades for the following: Graduate, Student Teaching, Field Experience, Co-op, Internships, Practicum, Aviation Science, Placement, and Special Examination courses. In addition, a grade of “I” should not be entered for midterm grades.
3.	All final grades for the 1^st 8-Week (A-Term) and 2^nd 4-Week Sessions are due to be entered by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009.
4.	All final grades for the 3^rd 4-Week Session are due to be entered by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
5.	All final grades for candidates are due to be entered by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 11, 2009.
6.	All final grades for the 16-Week, 2^nd 8-Week (B-Term), and 4^th 4-Week Sessions are due to be entered by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2009.
